The DWP has created a process that limits people's ability to present the complexity of their conditions. If Atos assessors were a work halfway decent, could challenge this approach and ensure that people have the right information evaluated them. Evaluations should then lead to the result from the first, instead of people who are forced to call the situation unbearable and review.
